What’s that Called Again?

A European Mid-Panel, and they are becoming more and more popular. I remember installing one for the first time and thinking, how in the world is this going to work? I assumed as many people do that water would be everywhere. And guess what? I was wrong, completely wrong, go figure.
These beautiful glass panels work amazingly well on tubs, especially if you don’t want to put a bypass door in and there’s another bonus, just think, you have guests over and they need to use the bathroom. They walk in and there it is, the European Mid-Panel. “What is that?” they say.
“Oh that?” you reply, “It’s European.”
Instantly they think “Wow, European I didn’t know they were so sophisticated, I wish we were sophisticated!”
Oh European Mid-Panel we’ve done it again!

We Guarantee It

At River Glass Designs we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the highest quality service. But, it occurred to me recently that we don’t guarantee customer satisfaction. Why? Honestly, there are some customers who will never be satisfied. You know the type. People who think if you say between 9-10:00am you should be there at 8:15. People who think the shower sealant should stay clean even though they don’t clean the shower. People who think that their frameless shower is a waterproof aquarium. Basically, people who expect complete perfection in an imperfect world filled with imperfect people.
You see at River Glass Designs we realize we are all human. Sometimes things go wrong. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts or errors. Sometimes glass blows up in tempering. Sometimes the hardware is sent in the wrong finish or isn’t sent at all. There is so much that can happen that’s out of our control.
But, while we may not guarantee customer satisfaction, we do guarantee that we will do everything humanly possible to try and satisfy every single customer. If there is a scheduling conflict we will accommodate you any way we can. If the glass blows up at the tempering plant we will drive a new piece up there and wait for it. The most important thing to us is our customer’s happiness. We want you to love, not just your frameless shower, mirrors, etc., we want you to love the whole experience. That’s right folks, River Glass Designs, not just an install it’s an experience…
