Here at River Glass Designs we like to give our customers a little something more than just an installation. We like to give our customers peace of mind. That’s why we give them a Lifetime Warranty on our Hinges. If anything goes wrong just give us a call and we will be out to fix the issue.
That warranty comes from us River Glass Designs, not the hinge manufacturer.

What’s the Difference?

Quality. We all look for it in any purchase we make. Here at River Glass Designs, we try and offer our customers the highest quality materials and service.
One of the areas in which that quality shines thru is our hinges for our frameless showers. We have even blogged about them before. The last time it was about how much weight they can hold versus other hinges. This time however we are going to talk about what they are made of. Brass. Our hinges are constructed of forged brass. Now to be fair other companies use brass hinges as well…ok that was fair, but now let’s be clear, all brass hinges are not created equal.
To illustrate, think of a hamburger, a hamburger off the dollar menu at your local fast food joint versus a hamburger from a fine steakhouse. They both have a bun, beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mustard, ketchup, etc. The same ingredients, but you don’t end up with the same hamburger. Why? It’s because of the drastic difference in the quality of those ingredients. As with all things, you get what you pay for. The hamburger that cost a dollar will get you well acquainted with your toilet. While the steakhouse burger will simply get you full and satisfied. Yes it cost a bit more, but in the end it is overwhelmingly worth it.
So think of our hinges as the steakhouse burger, we know you will be satisfied, in fact they come with a lifetime warranty, and that’s a lot better than the sick feeling those other hinges may leave you with.
