Weight Loss…

It’s becoming ever popular.  It used to just be Richard Simmons sweatin to the oldies., while the rest of us ate pizza, chili dogs, and played Nintendo.

But what started with one flamboyant man dancing to the temptations, turned into to Tai-Bo, which gave way to our current situation: Atkins, Hip Hop Abs, P90X, my personal favorite: Flirty Fitness, The Biggest Loser and of course Globo Gym!

Everyone wants to be in shape – my goal is a circle or sphere!

However, even I  have to admit, that getting in shape is contagious. Like yawning or dengue fever. Everyone here at River Glass Designs has caught the fever. We’ve made it our goal to eat right and become physically fit. Or maybe I should say want to be able to physically fit into our clothes. If I’m being honest and I’m not, we’ve all become a little jealous of Justin – he’s the “skinny” one.

We’re not envious of how he looks or anything, he’s no George Clooney, he’s not even George Lopez. Just kidding he’s very attractive tolerable. It’s more a jealousy of things skinny people can do. Like wearing t-shirts, going swimming, shopping at Banana Republic and kissing Whitney…

…Wait…I mean um…Well what I meant to say is that…Never mind! Moving On…
